  I visited this location for the first time today. I was immediately greeted upon entering. I placed two orders and they came out hot and fresh. The general manager, Mowena, was very polite and so were the other staff, a male (cook) and another female. The store was busy and all of the staff, were working together to get the orders out. Mowena, the general manager, was doing quality control on each order prior to it going out. I appreciate that, because who wants to get home and notice items are missing? Also, I ordered ranch and blue cheese, the ranch is really good, but the blue cheese was watery and sweet, I didn't care for it, but overall, the food and service were great. I will return to this location.

  Ordered at 5:06 and it’s been 40 mins since then🤦🏽‍♂️Maybe get some better cooks idk this is a mess.

  Screen & app says my food is ready for pick up. I arrive and the girl behind the counter said my food was not ready, I wait 10 minutes ask about my order & she says you don’t have any patience do you then Was told my food was ready but is still being bagged , finally the guy slowly bagging another order places yet another order on the shelve & my order was on their shelf the entire time - the worker repeated my name back multiple times at this point fully aware no miscommunication on what order I’m waiting (whole time it’s been sitting there)

  I go here all the time after work they cook my food quick and are nice and I just made a mistake with my order and ordered it at the wrong location and they answered the phone so nice and cancelled my order immediately even though they were very busy with national wing day

  I always thought the point of placing an order beforehand was to ensure that your food was ready when you arrived. I placed my order around 7:10pm, received an estimate time that my food would be ready between 7:26-7:31pm… it’s 7:50pm and my food isn’t done. I would cancel the order if it hadn’t already been paid. How does the app say my food is ready for pick up if they haven’t started on the order?!! Raggedy.
