  I went to the store July 7th at about 4:00. there's a young dude in there wish I remembered his name but he was very respectful and helpful to an old dude that don't know much about the phones. He's a patient dude, thanks for the customer service 🤙🤙🤙

  While here on vacation Granddaughter downloaded game and major virus and shut down my phone. Cricket rep found the app for virus entry and deleted it very quickly and restored phone. I will be more vigilant from now on 🤬🙏🏾

  Cricket has no customer loyalty. Been with them for 13 years. Went to go get my husband a new phone. $400 with same number. If I was a new customer, $179.00 with a new number. We will not be staying with cricket wireless. They should have no rating but would not let me post without giving them 1 star.

  The girl at this store couldn't understand what I meant when we asked to buy a new sim card and put an existing number that we are paying for on the phone that I just upgraded from... I didn't have the phone with me, and was expecting to put the sim card in myself. I gave her the IMEI# ...How could you leave someone alone to run the store with such limited knowledge.
