My wife visited this establishment on January 20, 2026 and was given the worst customer service ever, in fact she was refused service. She ordered eight wraps and requested them to be placed four each in separate bags. Well, the alleged manager couldn't understand she simple order and it went south from there. She refused to serve my wife and asked her to leave. Here is the thing, she gets paid for her shift that day, while the business loses revenue. Business owners need to watch these employees, because they're costing your business money. Customer service is one of the biggest issue nowadays, these employees wouldn't care less about the profit the business makes, but they gotta have that paycheck. You should make a portion of their salary commission based, to prevent poor customer service.
