  BRITTNIE HAD OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. TOOK CARE OF ME VERY WELL. WAS ABLE TO GET ME INTO MY ACCOUNT AS I DID FORGET PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT THAT WAS LINKED TO AN OLD PHONE NUMBER WHICH PREVENTED ME FROM VERIFICATION. THANKS CRICKET WIRELESS

  I went to reactivate a old line I had with cricket and I spoke to rep Jessica who refused to give a new line when I told her my phone wasn't present. She started it made her feel uncomfortable? And that she needed her manager? When I asked her to show the company policy she could not. I called 1800cricket and a supervisor confirmed that she was lying. How unprofessional and bad for business...
