  location was great. But that's all. The toilet smelled strongly of sewage, there were a lot of midges inside the room, the faucet in the bathroom was barely holding on to the wall. at 7 am there was a loud noise that lasted for about 20 minutes! I think it was the noise from the shower in the room above! and there was mold in the bathroom.

  The location was within walk of everything The cleanness of the room was amazing The pool was really nice. The front stafff and housekeeper was very friendly Overall we had a amazing weekend and we will definitely be back.

  The location is about all this hotel has going for it. Our room smelled like feet and there were flies flying around and a dead bug stuck in the caulking around the tub. The lights above the sink had no cover and there was reddish-brown gunk splattered all over them. There was no in-room coffee maker either. I will say the shower was hot and had good water pressure and towels were fluffy and clean. The Continental breakfast was standard and the staff were friendly. Not worth it for $200 dollars per night.

  I inadvertently booked the wrong date immediately changed the date on that website was still charged for the room upon arriving the day after I made the staff aware they told me the charger would drop off and it never did I was charged for a room I did not use horrible policy will never use Best Western again I travel very often

  Location is perfect. Short 5 minute walk from most shops. Front desk was very kind and quick. Room was ready way before our check-in time which we appreciate. Rooms are very clean! We got a king bed with fireplace, spa tub and balcony. Balcony was overlooking the construction on the hotels right side. Not the hotel's fault, though. There are a lot of settling and creaky floor noises throughout the night, so be prepared if you have trouble sleeping/wake up easily. Overall we had a wonderful stay. If we stayed in Helen again, we would stay here.
