  Screen went completely out on my phone 3:00am. I needed and upgraded phone anyway so 10:30 I went up their. Mind you I can’t get into my phone at all I can’t tap I can’t see nothing. If cricket sends me a code I can’t get it the phone is dead I have an iPad but it quit sending the messages to the iPad as well so I was stuck. So I know I can’t do the payment plan imma pay out straight I have in my saving. I tell them and they look at me like I’m crazy. Get to the register I tell them let me text my step mom off my iPad to transfer the money to me so I can get this phone bc yet again I don’t have access to my bank which is on my phone. Randomly after that they say it ok the 2nd guy that come behind the one that ringing me out and says my account is blocked. My mind is blown bc I just bought a phone out right for my dad a few months ago and nobody said anything. Then he said I would have to call consumer service and figure out why it’s blocked. I then proceeded to get more stressed out work 16h shift at a hospital and had to leave my house at 4pm as a single mom and who also who take care of her mother! If something happens they need to reach me I need to be there. So I have to travel sc to get my grandmother phone to call consumer service spending an hour on the phone for them to tell me they nothing wrong with my account. Then travel to a cricket staff that would help me and guess what she was the best told me I didn’t have no blockage on my account it did her just fine. That she don’t know why they said that. So shout out to Lizbeth’s at the Seneca SC at Cricket Wireless! I hope she get a lot of commission off of the 1436.26 I just spent and one h.!! Of a raise! Don’t get me wrong the guys where nice but if they didn’t feel comfortable selling to me just say so. I don’t play about 3 thing and that my time, my money, and my family and they messed with all 3 within the hour of me being their.

  My elderly mother was told that she cannot get her number transferred to my account in the store whatsoever. I called 611 and spoke to cricket and they told me as long as I've added them as an authorized user that they can add them to my plan in the store. They needed to transfer their phone numbers and she stated absolutely not, cannot do that. So my mom is having a conversation with me on the phone since we are in different states and I'm unable to go there and help them. My mom says to me, there must be a complaint department. My mother never mentioned anything about her and she proceeds to tell my 76 year old elderly mother to take her call outside and kicks her out. Unbelievably horrible person to treat my mother that way. She was just lazy and horrible at her job. Totally makes me sad that my Mom was treated this way.

  I bought a new phone Samsung galaxy a53 and I can't get 4k videos on YouTube. I contacted the manager Andrew and he told me that my phone is not 4k. The phone is a new model. He lied to me about this issue. I will lose alot money 💰 🤑 Do not buy anything from this store.
