Previous experiences there have been good, but whoever 'helped' me last time was terrible. She was rude and condescending.
I should have walked out when she asked why I would leave my ID at home asking for a corporate discount (on an off day I just happened to be by the airport dropping off a family member). There were a few other things she tried to lecture me about in a rude demeanor.
Did you check the address? Yes. Are you sure? Do you know it by heart?
It's my daughter's address. I'm familiar with it. Use clear tape. Ok. Not that one. That's not yours. (After she said I can use their tape) I'm not sure if that's her way of thinking she's helpful, but it sure doesn't come across like it.
My daughter did receive her package in time. It cost us more than USPS with our corporate discount and I was charged twice. A higher amount for the second time. Was told by Fedex fraud line that first amount is an estimate that is a pending and that it drops off. Second amount is final. Have never heard that. Both charges stuck. Not good!!
