  This store will not honor coupons that subway themselves say they will. I know it’s a by franchise thing so why they would allow this store to be on the list just for them to CANCEL YOUR ORDER WHILE YOURE ON THE WAY. All BECAUSE OF A PROMOTIONAL OFFER THEY SAY THEY WILL HONOR AND GO AROUND AND CANCEL. Comedic when you consider Subway® has all that massive debt on their back that they can’t handle and is currently dying as a franchise.

  I will never go to thyroid subway again. Every time I go there is an issue. They cancelled my online order when it was supposed to be ready. They never have what you want to order. It’s unsanitary. Just awful. Do Not Go!

  Pragna has also customer service very clean very neat. Nothing out of place no bugs flying around very nice person. I would definitely be coming back to this subway

  Hello thought I’d share! 11135 Tara Blvd Space 240, Hampton, GA 30228 - An employee attempted to argue with me about adding extra CUCUMBERS 🥒 . On my mobile order I indicated that I wanted heavy cucumbers they proceeded to put 4 cucumbers on my sandwich. I then politely asked could I have more then an employee who decided to identify himself as the owner but still working (employee), abrasively says if you want more CUCUMBERS you need to pay. YES- CUCUMBERS. I don’t know about the next person but I’m not going to continue giving my money to businesses and allow them to give me a low quality product and ESPECIALLY NOT FOOD and say nothing. This subway has chairs blocking the seating and bathroom area. SUBWAY corporate is this how your customers should be treated???!!!! Growing up subway was the sandwhich shop that you can actually sit down and eat at. Oh and use the restroom if you were dinning in or just a customer passing through. Just a small display of how subway is being represented in our communities! I purchased a home in this area 10 years ago and this is why I’ve been to every subway in a 2 mile radius with exception of THIS ONE! About five years back I tried to grab a sandwich 2/3 hours before closing and even THEN - they didn’t have bread 3 hrs before closing. I’m tired of businesses continuing to operate this way in the community where I own my house and be fine with treating its customer base any kind of way. Check my reviews i definitely promote 97% percent of the time but this time I definitely am a detractor. Don’t waste your money or just be ok with people providing you with whatever service they are USED TO GIVING ! - from a working husband, father, businessman, as well as scholar

  Please run to Firehouse Sub or Jersey Mike!! I don’t get why any subway is still open. I spent $30 on two Italian foot longs..It was all thick bread literally, No meat or veggies. Mind you I’m in store ordering, I’m more of a veggie female anyway…watching them spread three leaves of spinach and I ask for extra they spreaded two more leaves, Banana peppers I watch them spread three rings again I asked for a little more rings…chile bye!!! I haven’t been to a subway in a about two years and I quickly got reminded why!!! If you’re a cold cut or sub person like me just make it yourself or go to the places I mentioned like I usually would but since I had several doc appointments for my special needs child this was a quick nearby stop. But again never again!!! This is definitely not the subway we’ve known from back in the day…obviously!!!! Franchised out. Oh and let me add before I ordered they asked me if I was using a coupon…Like what, if I was then what?!? As if they don’t honor any coupons customers use!!!! Hashtag Shutdown!!
