  The one lady that works there told me my plan is capable in Canada and guess what happened, I'm Stuck in Canada with no service just renewed my plan less than a week ago no way to contact them and the electronic message is pretty useless can't help me at all!! And worst of all my banking app is linked to that number and can't receive my verification code And now I had to buy an esim Cricket won't see me again🙄

  I went to purchase my phone on friday Ms.Annette was EXTREMELY helpful , knowledgeable and had AMAZING customer service, She helped me transfer all my data over ,explain the perks of all the plans and made sure i left that store every satisfied Ms.Annette deserves a raise!! we need more people like Ms.Annette will definitely go back and add more lines !

  I Betty Boop went to ask for help today at Cricket wireless in Lovejoy location, I found Lala I call her my angel !! She help me recover all my fotos and videos that it was deleted from my phone 2 yrs ago . She save my life!!! I’m super thankful.
