  The one lady that works there told me my plan is capable in Canada and guess what happened, I'm Stuck in Canada with no service just renewed my plan less than a week ago no way to contact them and the electronic message is pretty useless can't help me at all!! And worst of all my banking app is linked to that number and can't receive my verification code And now I had to buy an esim Cricket won't see me again🙄

  Very bad customer service, this guy gave us the hardest time while we were trying to add a 4th line to my account. He said he only have one of each phone to see, I don't think he wanted to serve people of different race. He should be removed from that store
