  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Customer Service from Caldrin & Infyniti! I have to take a moment to recognize Caldrin and Infyniti because their customer service was truly exceptional! I purchased a battery on 9/1 from another location in Conyers, and unfortunately, the hospitality there didn’t quite match the experience I had at this location. Even down to the receipt—the ink was barely visible (and trust me, that mattered a few minutes later 😂). I live in McDonough, so this location was perfect for me, being right down the street. From the moment I walked in, Caldrin greeted me with a huge, warm smile and a genuinely humble welcome. He immediately asked if I needed help with anything. I explained that I needed to return the battery and jokingly said, “I don’t want to break a nail,” asking if he could help me get the battery out of my vehicle. Without hesitation, he said, “Sure, let’s go!” and was already stepping in my direction, coming out from behind the counter, ready and willing to help. And might I add—no cart! 😂 I loved the willingness to jump in and get the job done. The only hiccup was that my receipt wouldn’t scan because, as I mentioned, the ink was barely visible. Caldrin asked Infyniti for assistance, and she patiently gave him step-by-step instructions. He followed the instructions, but when it still didn’t work, he explained what happened to her. Infyniti immediately stepped in, took over, and educated him on the next steps when the first solution didn’t work. Needless to say, despite ALL of my little hiccups, these two had me out of there in no more than 8 minutes! Faster than an oil change at Jiffy Lube! 😂 Eight minutes may not sound like a big deal, but it speaks volumes when you have two employees who are knowledgeable, patient, willing to help, and able to work together efficiently. Caldrin and Infyniti—you both were BEYOND exceptional! You got the job done quickly, professionally, and with great attitudes. I absolutely loved my experience, and if you ask me, they deserve a raise! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Thank you both for making what could have been a frustrating return a pleasant, effortless experience. THIS is what outstanding customer service looks like! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
