  Out of all cheeses except pepper jack and shredded, out of roast beef, didnt know how to read special instructions from the online order, online order took 38 minutes to finish from the time of order, light skin lady working on 08/02/2026 at 7:30-8 pm, with her hair in a shower cap was too concerned about personal text messages on her phone and reading them to the other young lady who was the only other person working to be bothered to help her finish another online order ahead of ours that was still waiting, and ours. The girl that was actually working had to beg the shower cap lady to help her finish the orders because she was overwhelmed. Foodlion is less then 3 minutes down the street and they sell roast beef and cheese, and we had to go get it ourselves to finish the sandwiches we paid for. And we had to buy a drink from food lion for the kids meal because they were also out of all kids drinks apparently. Not sure if they're going out of business or just dont care, I would love to find out.

  I was driving from Miami, FL to Montgomery, AL and stopped by for a late lunch and Quacy, Brianna and Tori were outstanding. They were very professional and super friendly. All three were very attentive and I could not say how much I appreciated them that day. Super happy with their customer service.

  I don’t know what’s changed but the last few times we have gotten subs from this location it’s been horrible. Bread was rock hard, sandwiches were made incorrectly, and staff was less than willing to correct it.
