  Once again they forget to add something to my order, last two online deliveries they forgot the ranch and again today they forget the dang fries. Poor management your employees need better training

  Despite having ordered online the worker failed to give us 2 items to make our meal complete. Now they’re not answering the phone, so we can complain! Food will be cold, if we go back for the missing needed items! This review is after multiple times that this has happened!

  Had to drive up here 3 times. First time gave me the wrong persons order. Second time I got my order. Guy almost for my cups until I asked for my cups. Got home. I’m missing 5 wings of a 15 piece. Third time I’m telling dude my wings are cold at this point and best they did was make the 5 I was missing. So I got 5 how and ready and 10 cold wings… never again.

  Ordered online and took 20 min. Longer than told but did was good. Staff was extremely unpleasant not helpful so in the back playing around cussing nit worrying about children sign me and then drinks that came with order had no carbonstion they said they only come with fountain drinks so i told them I'll take 2 out of the cooler they are paid for and they had to get manager in order to give me drinks.. last time st this one in grovetown
