  Went to cricket wireless yesterday in Grovetown I spoke with Jackie who was sure how to upgrade to another phone. She in turn called her manager Jen on the phone in front of me and the manager wanted Jackie to do the transaction. Keep in mind I was the customer in cricket at that time. Don't waste your time going there, I came home called cricket spoke with customer service and they were able to complete my transaction for an upgrade!

  Exceptional customer service!! I took my elderly mother in today to get a phone, we had been to several other places before we came here and no one was as kind and professional as what we encountered at this store. Our sales person was Jenn and she took care of everything my mother needed. She explained every step of the process easily and quickly so my mother understood and felt valued. I almost thought customer service was a thing of the past but my faith has been restored by one visit to this store. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing help with phone service.
