My Cricket wireless phone was acting up, and not wanting to scan qr codes. The technician had my phone working properly within a few minutes. The gals here are great.

Exceptional customer service!! I took my elderly mother in today to get a phone, we had been to several other places before we came here and no one was as kind and professional as what we encountered at this store. Our sales person was Jenn and she took care of everything my mother needed. She explained every step of the process easily and quickly so my mother understood and felt valued. I almost thought customer service was a thing of the past but my faith has been restored by one visit to this store. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing help with phone service.
