  The staff is great but the owner required them to charge a dollar if they felt you needed more tape. No other independent owned UPS has done that in my experience. So taking my Amazon package to Rent a Center is great! No charge for tape. It's interesting if you do take your package to UPS you will be charge a $1. It comes back around I say.

  I’ve been using this shipping location for about two years, but after today I’ll be looking for a new one. I went in to do a simple return and was told there would be a $2.00 charge just to tape my box and attach my label—something I’ve never been charged for before. Instead, I purchased a roll of packing tape they sell for $4.99, but the tape didn’t work properly and would only come off in small pieces. I politely asked the employee for help, and she simply looked at me in silence before saying no. I ended up apologizing to the people behind me while struggling to finish on my own. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this employee’s unhelpful and indifferent attitude. Each visit seems to come with new unexpected charges and a lack of basic customer service. Very disappointed with this location and won’t be returning.

  I give it 2 stars......one for each dollar they charged me for tape to attach the pre-printed label to the box!
