  Service here just keeps declining . They don’t want to hire enough people for hours and make you wait 30-45 minutes to just order and don’t think about ordering online. You order online get to the store at time of pick up to have to get in line and have them make sandwiches Will not be returning would leave no stars if option

  This location for years was a prime example of how an exceptional franchise is ran, but over the past 18 months there’s been a clear but steady decline in food quality, order accuracy, and service standards. I tried to give them time to correct the issues. I’ve experienced stale or burnt bread, incorrect orders, drink machines being empty, and most recently a paid mobile order the store claimed wasn’t in their system. Refund issued eventually, but no effort to resolve the issue while in store so despite money being taken from my account and I showed proof of the order on the app they would not make my order and I had to go somewhere else. —overall disappointing

  Tried calling the store several times to cancel my order and to be refunded and no one is answering. Dont know if the number works or not. Update, it worked and was told to wait for my issue to be resloved by someone else and waited another 20 minutes. At this point, I don’t even want to order subway again if its this difficult to get in touch with staff about order issues.

  This is the best Subway in Griffin. I've been to this location several times and my sandwich is always delicious. The bread is super soft, the toppings are crisp and fresh , unlike some of the other locations. It doesn't take much to keep everything fresh and clean so that your customers with come back because of excellent customer service. Go visit the Subway on the highway across from Walmart.
