  I ordered a 15$ sandwhich I come in and pick it up and when I finally open my sandwhich my bread was hard from th top of the footlong to the bottom , keep in mind I didn’t ordered it toasted so I called the store before they closed that day I explain to them my bread was hard and it requesting a refund the lady on the phone stated they can remake the order I said no I want a refund she then says they can’t do the refund electronically they will have to give me a cash refund I come in the next day before work the manager was there I explained I’m coming for a cash refund which he then forcefully made me get a remake . Promising that the bread shouldn’t be hard this time and he sorry for the inconvenience. He simply didn’t take me saying I wanted a refund for an answer so I gave him a chance to prove me wrong got the remake because I had to go to work . I open my sandwich and bite into it the bread crumbling into FLAKES. They arguing me down about this also MOSTLY ALL THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES and ONE OR TWO FEMALES IS PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND I THINK 1 one of them is a manager . And I spend great money at subway and I would give out 5,7,&12$ tips just like I do any other restaurant I go to but sadly I didn’t give out any at 820 HILL STREET GRIFFIN GA !! My point is IF MY BREAD IS FRESH IT SHOULDNT BE HARD TO BITE INTO OR CHEW NOR FULL OF FLAKES .

  Whoever open this location today on 1/14/26 was beyond unprofessional it say open at 9 my mom went there at 10:45a and the guy inside said to her damn we closed and wouldn’t unlock the door

  Hands down the worst meal I've ever had to pay for..it was absolutely disgusting..and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the horrible sandwich they robbed me on ..the sandwich was so gross I couldn't even stomach a second bite..came home gave it to my dog and wouldn't you know even she wouldn't eat it..I'll never ever ever go back to this place to eat ,,even if the food was free..heck I wouldn't eat here even if you paid me $100 🤮
