When I visited advance in gray I was welcomed with smiling faces and helpful ladies. Briana and Jennifer did a great job helping me find the items I needed. They showed me all the different options and got me the best products. I will continue to shop at advance in gray they are the absolute best.

Walk in to buy an oil filter. Was looking for the one I found on the website. They don't even have that brand on the shelves. Found a jug of hydraulic oil I wanted instead. Head to the counter. There's a lady behind on counter looking something up I think. I get to the counter, she walks by me toward the back. I wait and wait and wait. 3-4 minutes standing there with this jug. I hear them (3 employees) in the back laughing and cutting up. After a little while longer I set the jug on the counter and left. They looked up as I walked by. That's it. Went to O'Reilly (where I should have went to begin with). Guy working on a shelf stops, greets me, and heads right behind the counter. I told him about Advance and the situation. He tells me he hears that alot. Some one needs to get their head our of their butts and fix this place. I want to find a district manager's number because it falls on their shoulders!
