  Went on the 4th of July around 5 pm. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Long wait, employees yelling at each other. One employee walked out angry got sent home. They gave me the wrong order I didn’t noticed until I reached home. I wasn’t driving all the back. Food is too expensive to receive the wrong order. Won’t be going back to this location. Food was greasy fries were soggy not fresh.

  Everytime I Order For Delivery Especially at night they give out my Doordash orders to the wrong people .And they take them for their self also .They are so Rude.I've waisted so Much Gas And lost Money To this restaurant !! I would never Order from Here again It's the worst experience and then when I asked about my Order the lady upfront just told me to leave !! Outrageous!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Wingstop on Dawsonville Highway in Gainesville! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the customer service. Zach and Samuel were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, funny, and kept me entertained while I waited for my order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. It’s not often you come across employees who make the wait enjoyable, but Zach and Samuel definitely did. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made my experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back!
