  Staff are kids that are just there to collect their lousy paycheck, either trying to close the store early by rushing you out (even though you were there patiently waiting your turn for service), telling you that you'll have to "come back another day", and/or admit they have no idea how their copiers and other machines work (but yet have no problem telling you they are "pre-med students", while evidently not having even minimal thought processes to figure out the simplest of tasks @ their own store). They definitely don't go by the old credo "the customer is always right", instead, they'll vehemently argue, attempting their best to try to demean you in front of other customers, their arms crossed and/or hands on hips, telling you to not "disrespect them" all the while disrespecting you!! If I could give this "business" a dead planet instead of 1 star, it'd be much more appropriate!! Stay away @ all costs, as they charge 3-5x the price of your local library for a single document/page copy!! They treat their customers like garbage, so from now on I'll get my copies @ a public library from now whenever I need a few quick copies of something!! Avoid this place @ ALL COSTS!!!
