I visited this Subway location on March 23 and March 24, 2026, and unfortunately had disappointing experiences both times.
On March 23, an employee named Addie was speaking loudly and using inappropriate language about a previous customer interaction while standing in front of a line of customers. This created an uncomfortable environment for everyone in the store. Additionally, when I asked another employee for dressing, I was told they were out, and no effort was made to refill it.
On March 24, Addie assisted me again. When I requested fresh lettuce for my salad because the available lettuce appeared to be from the bottom and looked slimy, she responded, “that’s just going to go on top of the new.” I politely clarified that I would prefer fresh lettuce.
After preparing my salad, I asked for a fork and knife set, which had been provided during my previous visit. I was told I could get a fork from the Circle K side, but no knife was offered. I explained that I needed a knife since the vegetables in the salad were not cut into smaller pieces, but my request was not accommodated.
Overall, the level of customer service and professionalism during both visits was disappointing. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future customers.
