  Autumn didn't even put on gloves after she came out of the bathroom. I had to tell her she needed to put on gloves and gave me a real bad attitude. I just hope I don't get sick from her not washing your hands after using the restroom.

  Went in a little after 9pm tonight and two employees were behind the counter....both male. When the couple in front of us ordered and had their coupon in hand the one guy said, "no coupons.." and laughed. Thinking he was joking I proceeded to pull mine out and he repeated himself again and was laughing. The other guy looked at me and I explained that the coupons were good and showed him the expiration date that is next month and he replied, "He's the manager" and proceeded to laugh as well. I tried to understand what was so funny about ordering food but couldn't. Maybe they thought it was funny that we even had coupons? I've never had employees treat me like this before so I just told them ok and said they lost my business from now on and left. Subway used to be a very nice place to enjoy a sandwich and company, but after tonight this company leaves me questioning if they even care about their customers anymore.......so sad really!

  so I go to this Subway a lot it's very clean The two Indian guys that work there are very nice I've been coming here for a while never any problems always tip okay today I came they have a short black lady working and she is mean as a snake I did not catch her name but she act like she was just rude and mean I asked for a few extra olives like I always do for my son sandwich and she literally put like two more on there and I was like can I get a few more and she literally put one single olive on the sandwich and looked at me like do something say something like just mean her whole demeanor is just mean unnecessary it was ridiculous like it's coming out of her paycheck needless to say I did not tip she's very rude and she's going to make this Subway lose more business I will not be coming back to this subway

  I went in after placing an online order. The receipt is very simple on what toppings go on the sandwich. Even with the receipt, it was on the wrong bread and all of the toppings were wrong. There wasn’t a single thing I got that could’ve been mistaken for tomatoes, yet the sandwich was covered in them. I went back inside to get the correct one and watched them make it this time. I’m not sure how other people are on hygiene, but I’m not a big fan of watching people make my food without changing gloves and then use a dirty knife covered in other sauces to cut my sandwich. The toppings were also mixed up in the inserts. I’m pretty sure this is my first negative review I have ever given. Another thing to add on top of this whole mess; right after walking back in to get a replacement, another customer was also complaining about missing toppings.
