  Waited at home all morning for my package to get delivered today. Got an email update notification that my package was unable to be delivered due to no recipient being home with a picture attached.. The driver, Alexis, didn't even go to the right address. She went to my neighbors house.. I paid for overnight shipping for my company phone that I needed today and now I have to wait several days for a redelivery in hopes that they don't go to the wrong address again! Absolutely unbelievable! Costing me money all because they can't realize the house number and address is WRONG!! How does anyone mess up something so simple!
