  I had a really great experience at this FedEx location. I especially want to recognize whoever was working at the front on Thursday around 6:00 PM. He was extremely nice, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood what I needed to do. You don’t always come across someone who is genuinely patient and willing to help, and I really appreciated his kindness. He made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

  Fedex needs to go bankrupt. Their customer support is non-existent. The robot on the phone is a nuisance which is intentionally done. Their app is horrible and the API is very slow to update. I trust USPS and UPS over Fedex here in Georgia. Fedex is going the way of DHL. Fedex is NEVER ON TIME BY MULTIPLE DAYS. This is the 8th time I've had Fedex ship to me in GA, they have always missed delivery dates. I don't live in the middle of nowhere either. Thank you Thomas for delivering my package, should not have taken 4 extra days. Ive seen 2 other reviews name dropping her but Alexis seemingly has a record of not dropping peoples packages off on day of delivery. Im patient, but when I saw reviews name dropping her and saw she had my mail. I had a bad feeling. Low and behold…

  Careless driver. He pretends twice that he attempts to deliver the package and could not even submit a proper picture of the location he really went to. He never showed up to my doorstep for the delivery. Waisting my time for 3 days straight. Fedex is the worse company to consider for any shipping, I never had a good experience with them since 2023. Just look at the asphalt picture that the driver attached as proof of delivery attempt smh

  Get someone else at the front counter. She is rude, and unfriendly. It seemed like I was bothering her to do her job. Never again coming here this was on 9/11/26 @ 1030 am
