  This Store needs to hire better staff because the young lady (Diana) that works here is very rude and misinformed about the Phones prices… Do better Cricket!!!

  The young lady that was in there she was absolutely awesome she helped me navigate everything that I needed also she found me another case it was less than what we had previous so yes I am very happy and I will be making that my main store now I just like the how she was able to help me it's very friendly

  Horrible. The owners of this location(K and K Wireless) should have their franchise taken away from them. Third store I've dealt with and nothing is ever resolved. Their location that is five minutes from my home is never open during the posted hours. Rude sales people and they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to tech support. Avoid this store at all cost. In fact look at the front door before even entering. If it is owned by K and K you should just walk away, find another location. Lots to choose from.
