  Everytime I got a software or hardware issue with my phone I bring it to THIS Cricket and Jennifer always fixes the problem that others couldn't. Dont go to the other Crickets because theyre not as good as this one. Jennifer DESERVES A RAISE. If anything SHE needs to be the manager bc she knows what shes doing. She does her job and DOES IT WELL. 100% recommend.

  Frank was a great guy and focused on the customer in the store. He was very professional and proficient in getting my phone switched over quickly. Cricket has always surpassed customer service. I’m glad to be back with them. I recommend them in every way. Thanks Frank

  Frank at Cricket in Oakwood was awesome. He assisted me In resetting my phone since I was having issues with it. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and overall a great experience. I highly recommend this store.
