  This review is directed more towards an employee rather than this store. My wife went there today for a dead battery and a young man named Jarvis was rude, unprofessional and literally told my wife to go across the street to Autozone because he’s about to get off and doesn’t have time to help her with her battery. She said he also reeked of marijuana so bad she could smell him across the counter. My wife then tried to leave and couldn’t because her battery had died again. Luckily though when she went back inside, she said a lady named Susanne was very helpful and apologized several times for the other employee. Just word to the wise at the top, employees like Jarvis could cost a company in a major lawsuit, should something had happen to my wife for his negligence and turning my wife away leaving her stranded! I imagine that employee does stuff like that a lot. So if you go there, definitely don’t allow that Jarvis to assist you, no telling what wrong part he may suggest or bad info he give you, should it be time for him to leave or something.

  Came in the store today for some oil, and was only greeted by one person the entirety of my visit, most people were on there phones or sitting down. One employee, I think his names Dylan greeted me and also helped me through the entirety of my visit and checked my oil for me as my husband just had knee replacement surgery and can’t get around at the moment. I would give it 5 stars, but it’s like Everytime I come into this location nobody has manners or hospitality.

  Do yourself a favor and go to AutoZone for your parts, after two sets of rotors that warped immediately with a professional install then they didn't want to replace them unless I replaced brake calipers that there was nothing wrong with the brake calipers the third set finally worked

  The guys that work there in the evenings are super rude and aggressive. My man went in there and spent about 200$ and was treated like complete crap. He was assaulted by one of the guys there and the guy denied it all. Who knows what they got going on that day but they were very aggressive.
