I stopped in at Browns Bridge location to get a battery for my Nissan Titan. The young man that served me was excellent. He explained the different batteries for my truck and let me choose. He had installed in just a few minutes and I was on my way. Thanks for great service. David

Came in for a check engine light on my Grand Marquis. Was a multiple misfire code. Dylan explained to me what it was and sold me the parts to fix it without any hassle. He seemed very knowledgeable and saved me 100s of dollars by selling me the tools to get the job done. Will definitely be back.

The store is really chill, and the staff was polite. I'm not sure if they were necessarily knowledgeable, but it's an auto parts store, so you can't go in there and get mechanical advice. However, it seems like there are mechanically-minded people around the store frequently. I went in there and bought a Haynes manual. They had it in the back, and people don't use those anymore, I guess. Anyway, they allowed me to go back and look through their inventory, which was small for the Haynes manuals, but then again, we have YouTube, so I can't begrudge them. The prices aren't so bad; it's my go-to auto parts store. There are a lot of places that have great prices, but this is just convenient, and the rewards program really makes it worthwhile.
