  My battery was dead this morning and I had appointments to be at. I’m a woman and it had me somewhat stressed my battery would die again while parked on a very busy street. I hadn’t dealt with a bad battery since I was 20 years old and that was a long time ago. So, I charged it up and went to Advanced Auto Parts. Upon entering, Bobby greeted me immediately. He offered to check my battery to make sure that was the problem. It indeed was the battery so he helped me purchase a new one and even installed it for me! From beginning to end, it took around 15 minutes. I was so impressed with his eagerness to help me solve this issue. Many people are lacking in customer service these days so Bobby was a breath of fresh air! I’m really big on good customer service and the customer service I received at Advanced Auto was fantastic. I will be back for any future needs my family or I may have with our vehicles. Thank you Advanced Auto and Bobby!

  Tried to buy two drinks system kept saying I had insufficient funds there was plenty of money in the bank and called the bank to verify and he kept saying my card was the only one that wouldn't work very disrespectful treated me different this man should be fired

  This place was great. They had ample help available to handle the customer demand for fast service. The inside of the store was clean and well organized. The current marketing deal,sales & savings were well displayed throughout the store to maximize shopping experience. The reps make recommendations that are helpful.
