  Went for dinner thru the drive thru. She told me she had seven online sandwiches before me. After about thirty minutes the guy behind me backed out of the line. The girl asked me what kind of bread. During the answer to her question I heard the front door ding. I sat there another 25 minutes saying hello are you there. Do I need to go somewhere else. ..NOTHING. So I drove to the window, and sure enough that little girl was making that same guy behind me sandwiches. She wouldnt even look at me or acknowledge I was there. My bread was lying on the board...Needless to say I just left, never to go back again. Guess I'll go to Jimmy John's or Firehouse.

  The slowest staff ever. Placed an order online 30 minutes ago and waited for 15 minutes inside. The people who walked in and made their order there got theirs before me. I only got one sandwich. I’m still waiting and it’s been 20 minutes. It seems like it’ll take like 30 minutes with new orders for them to make. Horrible feeling they are giving me based on this service

  I went to the subway store in fort o and I had ordered 3 meals on the app and subway took the money just for us not to get our food. The manager Stephanie was on the phone with one of the little workers saying “there’s nothing we can do” as there’s other people coming in with the same problem you need to get you’re store in order before somebody reports them, yall can take the money but won’t give us our food and act like there’s nothing yall can do. See yall Tuesday
