  The service is better than what their 2 star rating suggests. I was worried after reading the reviews as I had already had packages sent to my box at this location, but it seems they have fixed what ever problems they had. I have received all of my packages with out a problem. USPS packages have been available for pick up the day after tracking says delivered. The staff have been courteous.

  They started charging people $10 as “additional box holders” when you order DO DO NOT ORDER FOR PICK UP HERE! Amazon packages for pick up. I complaint with Amazon and they said they have no records or this and they don’t know why they are doing it and Amazon is escalating the situation to higher authorities. Don’t order for pick up here the manger is taking advantage of the people in the base. Specially because they are young trainees
