  The worst company that recruits criminals, who steal high-value correspondence, they have stolen more than 3 Apple Watches and iPhones, now also clothes. Marginals should break for incompetent. They should lose the contracts with the companies. They're trash.

  This is the most friendly and accommodating store in Augusta anytime I go to this UPS store on Fort Gordon. The people are always friendly and do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer.

  I was worry about the reviews and just give it a try, however I tryed with a really cheap item from Amazon to check if the reviews are true, and they wont lie. Here you get the delivered from Amazon, but for some weird reason is not on your PO Box after who knows how many days, because the employee not have idea either of how much the package gonna take to get on my inbox. I would said that they need to explain to the customer why is taking long to get in the person inbox, or fix something in the process.

  The service is better than what their 2 star rating suggests. I was worried after reading the reviews as I had already had packages sent to my box at this location, but it seems they have fixed what ever problems they had. I have received all of my packages with out a problem. USPS packages have been available for pick up the day after tracking says delivered. The staff have been courteous.
