  Best customer service I've ever received at a UPS store was given today at the one on Spout Springs store today! I had to bring 9 large Stryker boxes as a female courier and it was a struggle as some were a little heavier.. when I pulled up and Kaven saw me loaded down, he immediately came out and offered help bringing them in. The team jumped in and started scanning to make the process seamless and quick!! I was so appreciative of their help! I'll be using them from now on when delivering in this area!

  By far the most unprofessional service I have had in a long time. Visited the location to get something sent overnight and was told it would be there by 2 pm the next day. I checked the tracking the next morning and the package had not even left the location yet at which time I called and asked about it and the person who answered would not even look up my information but kept saying that if I was told it would be there by 2 pm then it will be there. I continued to check tracking and at 10 pm on the night that the package was supposed to be delivered it finally showed that my package left the location at 6 pm so I paid for overnight service and the package had not even left the building the entire next day. I called the next day and spoke with t he manager named Brian who took no ownership of the situation and called me "dude" telling me that I would need to call UPS directly as they can do nothing for me. If you want rude and unprofessional service then I recommend going to this store and asking for Brian.

  I wasn't informed that the box would cost $16.30. It feels like a total rip-off.
