  Ordered a sub online as well as protein bowl. Order the outlaw, which should have 2X the meat and 2x the cheese, the only thing we wanted on the sandwich was light lettuce, pickles, jalapeños, and some chipotle sauce. When we opened the sandwich at home it had no meat, no cheese onions, olives, banana peppers. The cost of the sandwich was $12.09. My husband was absolutely furious. We tried to call and no one answered. We would let the phone ring and ring and ring, we called four separate times the last two times we called it rang twice and went to fax machine. When we went back to get a corrected sub, the employee had an attitude and asked, did you verify it was correct before you place your order my husband then showed him the receipt that was attached to the bag that shows exactly what should have been on the sandwich. They made a new one, but never met an apology.

  Great service current score is a 94 the staff is always nice they work really hard and I understand they run out of stuff it's a busy location it happens met the new manager she was really friendly and is doing a great job making improvements. Will return for sure.

  Worst customer service ever. The lady today was so rude. She was to worried about her man sitting in the store than the actual job at hand. The food bar didn't have half the food/meat, no cookies and chips wasn't stocked.
