  Worst subway I’ve ever been too.My wife did a mobile order for the second time to this subway.We go to the speaker for the drive through.No one ever came on.Speaker looks like crap with a note saying.Mobile pick up only.Better off not having a drive through if you aren’t going to serve your customers with it.Ended up having to go in.Was not greeted or acknowledged.Would think with this subway being by royal lakes.It would be worth going to.Kids running it.There just for a paycheck.Will never be going back.

  I was just passing through the area; I needed to use the restroom. After entering the building and seeing no sign stating that the restroom was only for patrons, and subsequently using the restroom at a time when no other customers were in the building, the gentleman working the counter decided to shout at me and inform me that it was not a public restroom. I will make it a point to never eat at this location. Rudeness costs customers. Courtesy is free.

  The meat was soured last night on our sandwiches. All 3 family are sick with diarrhea and throwing up this morning.

  We have been to this location a lot the past two years and service has always been quick and the food fresh and delicious.

  I sat at the drive through for 10 mins, no one came on so i drove around. Saw an employee leaned against the window on her phone. Came in and she seemed inconvenienced to have to do work. She told me i could get a drink but they were out of ice. So completely rude. This will be the last time i come back to this subway. #trainyouremployees #subway
