  Bad experience with the location in Fitzgerald Georgia. My neighbor took a phone up for some assistance with it. She had a problem with a widget that messed up. (Weather App). Anyway, the lady uninstalled the weather app and said they weren't a repair shop and to take it somewhere else to get fixed. The lady was of middle eastern decent. She got into an argument with my neighbor and got nasty. Told my neighbor it wasn't her problem. When my neighbor asked to speak with a manager, the lady said she "was" the manager of that location. I'd avoid this place if I were you.

  Stopped in today to get a new phone and the girl wasn't even interested in helping me. She kind of just waved her hand to indicate what phones I could choose from. I told her I didn't know much about them. So instead of helping me narrow it down, she told me to pick one then she would let me know how much it was. I told her I would shop elsewhere and left. Her attitude was she couldn't care less. I might try a different service.
