  0-STARS! At 1:31 p.m., I placed an online order for a tender meal to feed my family of five. When my husband arrived at 1:35 p.m to wait on it. He was told they did not have any tenders because their truck had not arrived to restock inventory. He was also informed that they could not issue a refund and was asked for him to return after 2:30 p.m. I came back around 3:30 p.m., but I still did not receive my order until approximately 4:30 p.m. I watched people come and get their food, but no one informed us that our order was in progress. What made the experience even more frustrating was that my meal had been sitting on the pickup rack, yet no one called my name even though I was waiting in the lobby. By the time I received our food, it was no longer hot. I do not live in the area, but whenever I travel through again, I will not be returning to this location. The fact that we were basically forced to wait hours for our meals which did not meet any of our expectations. Why couldn't no one grant a refund? The restaurant appeared to lack organization, communication, and leadership. The staff seemed inexperienced, and there was little structure or direction, resulting in an extremely disappointing customer experience.

  My wife & I came in to check it out. It was 90 degrees that day, and their a/c wasn't working. They had 1 fan working and it was pointed at the employees in the back. We ate inside, until we couldn't take the lack of air- conditioning anymore. They don't serve napkins. They have 1 self-serve roll of recycled paper towels on the counter. And the food takes too long, before you have to get up, to go get it. It's hot grease & chicken folks..! It shouldn't take that long. Won't be back.

  This spot is awesome. Great Customer service. They brought my food to the car I'm disabled. The air conditioner seem to not working. So I waited in the 🚗 🚘 car.

  Every time I order here it’s an issue!! This is the absolutely worse wing-stop but the closest to my house. The manager needs to do something about their employees is the absolute worse.
