  This wing stop is horrible the kids that work there are rude also they don’t answer the phone and when they do answer and you place your order over the phone for pick up by the time you get to the location to pay and pick up your food they never put the over the phone order in

  After skimming the reviews it seems like the food is never the problem and I'm happy my findings were correct! Food was ready when we arrived. Wings were great, fries were great, ranch was great, and service was quick and easy. Thank you!

  I normally order from this location through DoorDash and had never had a bad experience until I began to order directly through Wingstop's website. I placed an order for delivery, and they forgot items. The manager told me to place another order for them to send the missing items. The GM told me they would refund the order two weeks ago, and I never saw my refund. When I call the store, the manager hangs up and then doesn't answer. The customer service is horrible. The supposed District Manager never reached out as promised. Its unforunatle because this was my go-to spot.
