upon entering it was empty except a man eating at a table. we waited for service and after 3 min the man said just a moment. he was the employee. they were out of napkins and I asked if they had paper towels.(i wonder now how he washed his hands )no. he put cheese on the sandwich(tuna) that I didn't ask for.when he took it off he put it back on the stack of cheese. after cutting the sandwich he wiped(not rinsed) the knife on his plastic gloves he took off. my appetite was lost. I threw away sandwich.
the front door needs major maintenance. the floors could be swept and the window sills... oh goodness a buffet for critters. I would suspect they have not had an inspection in a long time. it's pretty gross. 🚧proceed with caution 🚨

Soda machine is messed up and sprayed all over me. Nice dispenser was empty, but the employee was nice enough to get some from the back.

This location has definitely gone downhill. Wait times are way too long for a sandwich, and the customer service is very nonchalant, no urgency, no apologies, just “we’re out" when they don't have something.
Last visit, employees were going back and forth about the requirement of labeling items in front of customers… not the time or place.
Also, the front door barely works and the outdoor camera keeps talking to you on repeat like a broken speaker.
Food still tastes good, but overall the experience needs improvement.

It would’ve been easier for these people to list what they did have on their door… circumstances like these scream for new manager or franchise owner!

Horrible customer service. I think maybe having one person working during lunch hours maybe a short coming for this establishment.
