  The best Advance Auto around! Violet was extremely helpful. I came in to see if I needed my car battery replaced and she knew exactly what to do! Very much thankful for Violet!!

  This is the second time I have gone to this Advance Auto to warranty an item. Both times I was turned away saying go back to the store where you originally purchased. This time I tried to swap a battery that I just purchased 5 days ago. I asked her to test the battery under a load. She did and it showed replace battery. This should have been a simple in and out. I showed her my online receipt and she said she couldn't find the order... it can only be done at the orgin store. I left the store and went back to the Union City store. They seen the battery was new, didn't ask for a receipt and swap the battery out. Awesome customer service and business acumen at Union City Advance Auto. All they have to do is place a defective tag on the battery and the supplier will replace that battery under warranty for the store. No profit loss. Senior management need to train the employees at Fairburn Advance Auto on customer service. By the way, she called the manager and he is the one that told her to tell me to go back to the original store. Unreal!!!!

  It was a great place. Prior to that I had visited another place to buy a battery and their associates didn't want to help me replace it. But when I came to AAP, they took care of everything. I left a very happy client.
