  I went in today around 8pm and the boy at the cashier with long eyelashes and black hair was so absolutely nasty to me. I believe i heard them say his name was sawyeer. I've been coming to this wingstop for over 5 years and i come at least once a week. Im so extremely disappointed with how downhill this wingstop has gone. I think hes new because ive only seen him in the past couple months. If this is who yall are hiring i will be driving out of my way to go to the grovetown location.

  Late yesterday, my daughter and I went to Wingstop. I had made an online order for a 10 piece lemon pepper wings, double fried, combo. After picking up the wings, I noticed the wings looked slightly cooked. It seems as if the chicken was placed in the basket only long enough to make the outside brown but not long enough for chicken to be well done. I called the store to share my concerns about the half cooked chicken. The individual shared, "You will need to speak to the General Manager." So, Wingstop has no one, in house, to resolve customers' concerns. So who is there to endure the employees are successfully handling their work responsibilities. It is so disappointing to have spent my money and my time only to pickup food from Wingstop who has employees that does not know how to properly serve well cooked food!

  Their foods are goods but last night around 4:30-5 ish pm the manager was cussing and being very rude to one of the employees I assumed he was new? I felt bad for that guy and wanted to say something to the manager because even if he did something wrong, he could have address it in mature and private way. Not in front of customers and other workers. Manager should be embarrassed and that guy need to work elsewhere that is not toxic. We all make mistakes and need to learn… being cussed out by our boss is a no go and extremely toxic. The manager is the B

  Candice is always happy 😊 and so welcoming. Ryley was very professional over the phone while taking my order. I was greeted with a smile 😃 from everyone that I came in contact with. I can tell Candice is an awesome manager due to her personality and characteristics I’ve encountered with her. They both reminded me of the rewards program and to make sure I do my survey, which I was going to do anyways due to the great customer service I received! Keep up the amazing work!
