Maybe it was a bad day, maybe not, but I can tell you I would never want to use this location again. It provided the worst customer service I have experienced in over a decade. I decided to leave and drive another 15 minutes to a different UPS store.

Ever time you take an Amazon return in they try to sell you something claiming they can’t put the label on the box, yet they’ll sell me a bag for 2.15.. what a joke, what a ripoff.. any future UPS business will be done at ANY other location… they even charged me once for tape… not a roll, a piece… if I remember correctly it was around 2 bucks as well. Never again.. store needs new honest ownership/management. I’m never setting foot in this place again.

Katrina and her team are fast and efficient, I never have to wait and the team is always friendly and understanding, all my different need if its packing items or printing Amazon labels they are able to help me.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I had to overnight something very important and insured it for $5000. The package was lost, and made it over a week later. I have been to the store four times to be refunded the money for the overnight service. I never wanted the insurance money, just refunded the almost $200 I paid to have it overnighted. Guess what. Every time I go to the store, I'm given another excuse as to what happened with the claim. I'm told that someone will be in touch soon. This was in early December, it's not the toward the end of February. They have reached out to me zero times. I would rather beat myself with a hammer than use this store ever again. If I have to overnight a package, I'll use my own mountain bike and take it myself the three hundred miles before I use this store. They have been awful.
