  Every time I go to this location it’s closed. I can’t rely on this UPS. All of the other locations are open except this one. Frustrating.

  I want to preface this 1 star review by acknowledging that all of my interactions with the staff were cordial. Every employee was polite and courteous in tone, but were unfortunately carrying out unfavorable policies of this specific store. Prior to moving to Georgia, I had shipped hundreds if not a thousand or more packages at various UPS store locations in Texas. The customer service and actual package delivery services were great. I would use UPS stores for my personal shipping needs and also trusted them with all of the shipments I had to make for my job. For whatever reason, this store pushes up-charging and upselling for nearly every interaction/expense. If you are simply processing a return, there are usually no issues. If you need to ship anything (whether they print a label or you have a prepaid label), they will threaten to charge you three times or more if you do not use their specific box or envelope. I have mailed T-shirts and other miscellaneous items that could easily fit in your hand in bubble mailers or soft mailers on hundreds of occasions without issues before now. I have mailed single documents in Manila clasped envelopes hundreds of times before at other stores without incident, until now. If I have a perfectly secure mailer I want to reuse, or if I have bubble wrapped the contents, or if I bought cardstock envelopes or soft mailers in bulk to be frugal, I should not be threatened at the store to either buy their packaging instead or be charged 3x+ to ship an “irregular” package. After a month of living here and several trips to this store, I am afraid I cannot continue to do business here until the ownership at this particular store changes their approach on upselling. I am not sure if a bad experience with another customer prompted them to be pushy and coerce folks into buying their envelopes/boxes, packaging, etc., but it will certainly keep me away. This is the epitome of tripping over a dollar to make a dime. Perhaps I was spoiled by the several store locations I was accustomed to in the DFW area in Texas, but I know the Evans store is actively choosing to require their employees to force additional expenses on its patrons.

  Maybe it was a bad day, maybe not, but I can tell you I would never want to use this location again. It provided the worst customer service I have experienced in over a decade. I decided to leave and drive another 15 minutes to a different UPS store.

  Ever time you take an Amazon return in they try to sell you something claiming they can’t put the label on the box, yet they’ll sell me a bag for 2.15.. what a joke, what a ripoff.. any future UPS business will be done at ANY other location… they even charged me once for tape… not a roll, a piece… if I remember correctly it was around 2 bucks as well. Never again.. store needs new honest ownership/management. I’m never setting foot in this place again.

  Katrina and her team are fast and efficient, I never have to wait and the team is always friendly and understanding, all my different need if its packing items or printing Amazon labels they are able to help me.
