  Jerry A. was great. Checked my mower battery. Needed a new one and he got me taken care of. Friendly team there, and they take the time to listen and then make reccomendations if needed. Good prices too. JH.

  I came to the store last minute to get a new battery. I previously went to another store and they told me that they weren't able to help me (which probably was a lie). So I rushed over to Advanced Auto Parts before closing. I appreciate Carl soo much for his help. He was friendly and quick with the install. I needed my car road ready, so I could attend my friend's funeral in ATL. I really appreciate y'all!

  Very disappointed with my experience at Advance Auto Parts, 4552 Washington Rd, Evans, GA 30809, on May 8, 2026. I went in to purchase a part and there was an employee sitting at the parts desk near the front door who appeared to intentionally avoid looking my way. I was never acknowledged, greeted, or asked if I needed assistance. No other employees came to the front counter either. I stood there waiting for several minutes expecting at least basic customer service, but it never came. After continuing to wait without any help or communication, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Customer service and simple acknowledgment go a long way, and unfortunately this location completely missed the mark during my visit.
