  I stopped in over the weekend on the way through GA on an across country trip. I ordered the Italian protein wrap and was told I couldn't get it toasted (I have many times in the past), the woman working asked me what toppings I wanted and then informed me I couldn't add onion or olives...she also said I couldn't add mayo or oil and vinegar but just "what came on it". I said what comes on it then? I have ordered this same wrap MULTIPLE times in different states as I travel often. I told her forget it, I don't want the wrap and she starts saying over and over again I don't make the rules or the menu, it is what it is. I just walked away, absolutely unprofessional, trash attitude on top of what I am already dealing with in life. She shouldn't be working here.

  5 stars aren’t enough! Nicole and Kenya were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s so refreshing when people welcome you in and you feel better than you did before your interaction! The salad was spectacular as well! 10/10 definitely recommend.

  Claim that don’t take rewards cause they’re a loves location but I’ve used rewards at loves locations before. Other than that my sandwich was cool.

  Joy was amazing and very understanding when we explained that gigi walked in after smoking a cigarette(in front of the store), not washing her hands, and put gloves on to make our sandwiches. she proceeded to prepare my sandwich after touching cheese and not switching gloves (im allergic) and when my boyfriend asked for a double toast she said “oh my god” and rolled her eyes. we will be making all the calls we need to make in order to make sure gigi doesnt break any more health code violations. we have been ongoing subway customers and these actions have brought us to the point where we dont want to return. these actions are completely unacceptable. i hope this review reaches the right people in order for this problem to be resolved.
