  I went to this UPS Store with a prepaid UPS return label for a package going to Italy and asked for help identifying the correct customs form. I explained that I had already gone online, but UPS has many international forms and I did not know which one applied. I asked if the store could tell me which form I needed and print it for me. I was told there were “hundreds of forms” and that he did not know which one I needed. I explained that this was a commercial customs form for a package containing religious objects being returned to Italy. I was then told that because I already had a prepaid label, they “only do drop-offs” and could not help with the customs form unless I paid again for the shipping label. I explained that the label was already paid for and that I only needed the customs documentation. When I asked if he could print the form for me, he said there would be a charge. I said that was fine. He then again asked me which form I wanted. I explained that I did not know and was asking for assistance precisely because this was a UPS Store and I expected someone there to know which UPS customs documentation was required. After several minutes of going in circles, I asked whether there was a manager. He replied that he was “the boss,” that there was “nobody bigger than me,” and then told me I had to leave or he would call the police. I had not threatened anyone, refused to pay, or caused any disturbance. I was simply trying to get help with UPS customs paperwork and had even agreed to pay for printing. I understand that independently owned UPS Stores may have limits on what they can do with prepaid labels, but being told that they “only do drop-offs,” receiving no meaningful assistance with UPS customs paperwork, and then having the situation escalated in this way was extremely unprofessional. I left without the customs form and found the correct UPS commercial invoice online myself afterward.

  I go to this store often. It is always neat and clean. Staff is helpful and nice. They are very efficient with the time it takes to help customers.

  While this UPS Store makes Amazon drop-offs convenient, their $2.00 fee just to tape a box shut is completely unreasonable. A full roll of packing tape costs $3 at the store down the street, yet they charge $2 for a single strip across the top. Charging customers a nominal fee like $0.50 would be understandable, but a 1,000% markup on a basic supply leaves a greedy impression. Bring your own tape so you aren't nickel-and-dimed by the owners of this shop.

  Sent off an envelope, on Friday, for a 1 day ship and here it is Wednesday and my shipment is still in the system. Went into the store and the manager will only look up the package with his phone, which I’ve already done. He would not go the extra mile to even look it up on the UPS computer. I have No Faith with them anymore and will drive to Canton FedEx from no on!

  They say they have printing services. So I went in to have a 4 x 6 picture enlarged into an 8 .5 x 10 picture. The lady behind the counter gave me an 8 1/2 x 10 sheet of paper with my 4 x 6 picture printed on it! A manager came over and they couldn’t figure it out and then said they couldn’t do it. With no real concern. Unbelievable!
