One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced they were just cross contaminating the whole thing with same gloves for meat and vegetables they supposed to have tongs in vegetables section, subway is a big brand they need to give some kind of special training program for employees
Walked in at 9:30 cashier was rude and said we don’t have any bread. There was bread cooking and there was also bread in a holding shelf. I turned around proceeded to walk away and another customer said what did they tell you well they just told me the system was down so I went back and asked well. If I can’t get a sandwich may I please have a salad the gentleman that I really don’t feel like making your food we have a lot to do for tomorrow and we’re trying to close now. The young lady started calling me out my name so I just told her that. I asked again so you’re just telling your customers you’re not gonna make their food. I work in customer service. I would never do anything like this. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this was horrible. The whole experience was horrible uncalled for very unprofessional and something needs to be done.

This Subway needs new employees that shows and give respect, they rather play and watch an cell phone than wait on paying customers and be rude and nasty to paying customers also both females that works in the evening on 04/22/26.

There was a roach climbing on the counter and when I said something about it, the older Caucasian lady with the salt and pepper hair got an attitude. DONT EAT HERE! They are rude and filthy
