  Horrible customer service everytime my wife or myself comes in to send a package, it’s always the scanner doesn’t work, or the computer won’t come on. They minus well just close the UPS part of this store, since it never appears to be “working”

  I prefer to drive all the way to Athens rather than come here again. Wanted to buy supplies to pack and ship something fragile. Both managers tried to tell me its fine in the (too small) box I had it in for transport to the UPS store. I got the box and folded it down the way it was intended to be used (as shown by the pre-made creases in the box). We were then told we had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to return to the store, as he'd left to get his brother, and he is the only one who could work the bubble wrap machine (the pillow-style wrap that I needed). 30 minutes later, he got back. He took out bubble-style wrap instead and tried to start wrapping my items. I said I would rather wrap them myself. I asked how much the bubble wrap was, and he said the box was $6, and with everything else it would be $22 (not including shipping). He was trying to charge me for labor after I said I would wrap it myself. I asked for just the bubble wrap and he got very passive aggressive. He said we can use the bubble wrap that he already cut off (about 6 feet of it) and nothing else. I asked about the pillow-style wrap since that's why we waited 30 minutes. He said we couldn't use it because we didn't want to pay for labor. We bought the box and left. This man is agressive and unreasonable and isn't afraid to make customers feel very unwelcome. 100% will not be back.

  I’m so happy that we can drop off Amazon packages instead of driving to Athens or other locations that’s far away! Customer service here is awesome! And, if there’s a line of customers waiting to be helped, having our QR Code Label on our phone or print out ready will help with faster service.
