  I have never in my life been charged a dollar to tape up my package at ANY UPS location. Today the associate Felicia told me that’s been a policy and she’ll need to review it with the team. I’ve gone to maybe 5 or 6 other UPS locations and returned fashion nova packages and have never been charged for tape… I already paid for the return if there are additional fees that needs to be communicated beforehand so I can choose a fee free option. Moving forward I won’t be back at UPS for my returns. I can’t believe that I was charged $1 for a line of tape to close the package.

  DO NOT USE! Despite having paid for a business mailbox, it has proven to be challenging to request its relocation. Attempts to contact the service provider have consistently resulted in unreturned voice messages and no calls. Consequently, it is imperative to anticipate being ignored and personally collect the mail at the designated location, as the service for which you have paid will not be provided.
