  I arrived at the UPS store. It was very busy. There was a lot of about eight people ahead of me while I was standing in line and associate came down the line and greeted everyone. And stated that we would be help shortly and thank us for our patience. I was in the store a total of nine minutes the associate that helped me was polite, helpful, and efficient. This is something that I do not often receive in the area that I live, which is excellent customer service and efficiency as my time is very important as a small business owner.

  Felicia acknowledged each guest that walked in...AS SOON AS THEY STEPPED INTO UPS. She also continuously affirmed to us whom we're waiting that, "They'd be with us shortly." This level of customer service has been a rarity in our community. It was so refreshing to see personnel uphold proper Customer Service etiquette. All of the employees were welcoming, warm, and efficient, keeping the line minimized. I had to let Felicia know that she is appreciated for executing such kindness in her workplace! Thank you!

  The customer service is great. However, that location has heavy mold inside the space. I can't see how the employees are working in that condition. The carpet and hvac system are horrible. Immediately walking into the store, I begin wheezing. I won't be returning to that location.
