  Staff is rude. This store charges "taping fee" for taping your box while other stores tape boxes for free.

  Refuse to go here again. Owner complains you are bringing in too many returns for one person. You, sir, get paid per item and you chose to purchase a customer service based business. You are under staffed and ungrateful for the blessing of a line full of people you have. Do yourself a favor and drive to 7742 Spalding and give your business to Nick. He’s an amazing owner operator.

  If I could give zero stars, I would! Treated very poorly. Highly suggest going elsewhere. They e now started charging to tape boxes 👀 and also reject non-boxed packages even though Amazon indicated box wasn't necessary. They could have simply offered one of the many boxes tossed all over their floor. Perhaps they are under new management. Had been using this location for several years but will NOT be returning.

  Make sure you print your label and tape up your package at home. My shipping label was already paid for and the clerk charged me 5$ for 1 piece of paper and 5 cents worth of tape. I was honestly perplexed when he said I owed him 5$. I should've left instead of paying. One of the worst experiences I've ever had shipping something. EDIT:This was not an Amazon Return. You have no idea what you are responding to.
