  I would NOT recommend ordering food from the Sugarloaf Pkwy location. The service is extremely slow and the employees are rude and very unprofessional.

  I mean for it being a newer location it was alright but not much to write home about. Got the 10 peice half Atomic half Lemon pepper. Atomic isn't atll that spicy but the flavor was good. Lemon pepper was not as flavorful but with blue cheese its okay. Not bad.

  The food here is good, when you get all of it. Had a decent sized order. Got all the way back to the hotel and was missing 2 things and had a wrong drink. Went back, explained what was wrong, and got the correct drink and one of the things. We gave up on getting the final thing and just left.

  The staff was very friendly, but they were extremely busy and seemed understaffed. My phone order was missed, so I had to reorder and waited 30+ minutes. I paid extra for all flats but didn’t get them, one wing flavor was wrong, and I only received 2 of my 3 tenders. The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy and well done—but the flavors were just okay. Fries were good but over-seasoned, and I wouldn’t get the fried corn again. Overall, friendly staff, but they definitely need more help and better order accuracy.
