  Scheduled an appointment at 10:30am for notary services at this location. My appointment was confirmed and I also received an appointment reminder, but when I arrived I was informed the notary would be here after 12pm. Why have time options if I cannot get it notarized at that time? This is was frustrating as a customer.

  Amazing service. They helped walk me through every step to get my fax over to Chex systems which has so many fax numbers patient and successful by the end.

  They are the worst store; my package was stolen and they won't take responsibility for it. I paid for expensive shipping to get it there in two days, but the package never arrived. Now they won't reimburse me for the contents; they keep making excuses, and the manager is the absolute worst. Never come here.

  I’ve always had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff is consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. This morning, Sam went above and beyond when I came in with an Amazon return that I had completely messed up. He had everything sorted out in no time and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. Thank you, Sam, and the entire team—I love this store and highly recommend it!
