  Terrible service and poor customer service training. Condescending behavior while demanding I pay extra to tape one side of a small box before shipping. Took my business elsewhere. The staff here need to think twice before how they speak to customers. Never go to this location.

  I had an amazing experience at The UPS Store today! The gentleman working there (9/14/2026) was truly wonderful. I had two heavy boxes, and he immediately came over and got them in the store for me without me even having to ask. He was so kind, patient, hardworking, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across customer service like this anymore, and I really appreciated how he went out of his way to make things easier for me. We seriously need more employees like him! He deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for customers. He made what could have been a difficult errand so much easier and left such a positive impression. Thank you for the exceptional service!

  My wife and I were shipping out immigration paperwork, and the gentleman working here was incredibly knowledgeable. He double-checked the shipping address with us to make sure everything was correct, then helped us seal the documents in a package and place it inside a secure box, handling everything with extra care. He was also genuinely funny, and you could tell he actually wanted to help and wished us the best. Overall, great service here.
