  Unfortunately my boxes were not taped together. The associate would not allow me to barrow two pieces of tape and insisted I had to purchase a roll of tape in order to return my amazon package. I ended up leaving because I have plenty of tape at home. I was disappointed that the employee couldn’t spare two pieces of tape for a loyal customer. I wish people were more understanding and willing to help.

  The personnel at this location are extremely helpful and very professional. Upon arrival, they routinely greet each patron and provide you with all the necessary assistance needed to ensure proper shipping of your packages and returns.

  Bad customer support. Do not come here if you’re doing more than just dropping off a UPS package. Not very helpful

  Sunny the store manager at this Duluth location is the best. His employees are professional courteous and very helpful. Sultana and Khaleel went out of there way to help me roll up a large car cover for a Ford 350. Instead of throwing everything into a large box. I highly recommend this Summit Ridge location in Duluth if you ever want friendly, helpful, professional and courteous employees.
