All I came to do was ship a simple return with a prepaid QR code. This employee acted like I was such a burden to help… the attitude was not needed. Everyone has bad days but I don’t think I deserved to be treated like that.
Terrible customer service 200 business cards delivered in a plastic bag! Asked to have the digital copy emailed to me 10 days later still no digital copy which i was charged for!!!

Visited on 3/19 and had a very disappointing experience.
I came in for fingerprinting, and even though there were only two customers ahead of me, the employee was sitting down, looking at her phone and laughing instead of helping. When customer asked for assistance, she told us to figure it out ourself and that it would take about 30 minutes, without offering any guidance.
It ended up taking over an hour before it was finally my turn.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. Basic customer service, professionalism, and respect for customers were all lacking. Staff clearly need proper training.

I just dropped off some packages, greeted the employee, and he didn't even respond. Then, after he gave me the tracking number, I said goodbye politely, and he wasn't courteous in replying. They need to provide customer service training.
Paully has always been extremely helpful every time I go to the store. And I usually have complex orders including printing, photocopying and even notarizing. Great Service!! Keep it going!
