  The long-haired female staff member at the front desk has a terrible attitude; instead of resolving issues, she makes unreasonable excuses and ignores customer requests. Another woman in the shop—who wears glasses—also has a poor attitude. When customers come in seeking solutions, not only do they fail to help, but they also expect the customers to resolve the problems themselves. The service at this FedEx location is so abysmal that the branch should just close down.

  BEWARE of using self-service kiosk I dropped off a return package into the kiosk, but it was never scanned into the network. I didn't get my $ back for the item. I had a record of the transaction with a receipt, but still Fedex didn't take accountability. Customer Support said it never got into their system. This is probably a random accident but still, I recommend dropping off packages AT THE COUNTER for immediate scan.

  I know what’s a good customer service is and definitely Alivia needs to learn it. Her attitude! I don’t want to go into details, but I just want to say I did not appreciate how I was treated today. Being a person who is on supplemental oxygen and dealing with health issues and has to undergo a major surgery this week, I need kindness. I come here once a month and I find the other ladies friendly, I will wait for the other ladies next time.

  Just rude people working here anymore. I know they gotta deal with a lot of jerks, but come on, I am super friendly and patient. I'm doing half their job by scanning in all my shipments at the self-help kiosk, but I'm getting attitude from the clerk for not immediately walking away from my packages. Sorry, not going to leave $20k of instruments setting unattended on the counter for any rando visiting the store to grab and run off with. I don't need you to be friendly -- be neutral -- but don't be rude to friendly, competent people.
